Teochew Soon Kueh 潮州笋粿
Soon Kueh is a popular Teochew kueh. The skin is made using rice flour and filled up generously with turnips, black fungus and carrot. It can be steamed or pan fried. Best served warm with drizzles of sweet black sauce and our signature chilli.
To Reheat:
