FAQs

1) Why am i not able to check out?

We have a minimum order value of $35. If your order is less than $35, we will not be able to process your order. Thanks for your support in advance!

1) When will my order be delivered?

Please choose your desired delivery date before you place the order. Refer to the Delivery Schedule. If no dates is indicated, we will make the selection on your behalf and inform you accordingly. Do note that if the date selected is not for your area, we will adjust the delivery date accordingly.

2) Why did i not receive my order notification?

You should get the order confirmation email/SMS post submission of your order. If you did not receive, please contact us at our whatapps number 8833 0880.

3) When will my order be processed?

Order will only be processed post receiving payment. For payment through PayNow and Paylah!, we will process the order only post receiving the full payment. Please remember to insert your name and Hp number at the payment reference to speed up the matching process and send a printscreen to 88330880.

4) How long can i keep the kueh?

Our kueh are freshly made daily.  Thus below is a rough guideline on the storage and reheating.

Yam Paste: Can be kept in freezer for up to 3 months. Keep them straight into the freezer upon receiving. To reheat, just need to steam it over boiling water for 15-20 mins, pop through the middle part to ensure there is no hard paste and it's ready for consumption. 

Dim Sum: Can be kept in freezer for up to 3 months. Keep them straight into the freezer upon receiving. To reheat, just need to steam it over boiling water for 15-20 mins.

Glutinous Rice: Can be kept in chiller for 8-10 days, or in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water. 

Radish Cake: Can be kept in chiller for 8-10 days. Do not freeze it. To reheat, cut into thicker slices to pan fried, or for a even better taste, cut into thin strips and deep fried it. It may look plain, but its overloaded with radish that's minced and blended in. Thus the sweetness comes from the pure goodness of the radish, no MSG. Another way is to fry it with some eggs and some cai po for a plate of hawker style Cai Tao Kuey. 

Yam Cake: Can be kept in chiller for 8-10 days. Do not freeze it. To reheat, do not defrost, cut into thicker slices to pan fried, or for a even better taste, cut into thin strips and deep fried it. Another way is to steam it and eat it on its own. 

Soon Kueh: Can be kept in chiller for 8-10 days, or in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water. If frozen, defrost it to soft stage before steaming to prevent oversteaming.  

Peng Kueh: Can be kept in chiller for 8-10 days, or in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water. For better taste, pan fried it with some oil. The skin will be crispy while the inner part still remains soft and moist. If frozen, defrost it to soft stage before steaming to prevent oversteaming. 

Gu Cai Kueh: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water. For better taste, pan fried it with some oil. The skin will be crispy while the inner part still remains soft and moist. 

Lapis: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water.

Wan Ko Kueh: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water.

Muah Chee: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days. To reheat, just need to steam 10-15 mins over boiling water, microwave it or panfry over low heat with some oil. Do not over cook it to maintain its QQ texture. 

Chee Cheong Fun: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days. To reheat, just need to pour the sauce in and steam 10-15 mins over boiling water. For better taste, sprinkle roasted sesame over the chee cheong fun before eating. 

Cakes: Can be kept in chiller for 5-7 days.
