    Hakka Abacas seeds 客家算盘子 is a Hakka dish. The abacas are handmade piece by piece to make it round and resembles the seeds in an abacas as it represents reunion and signifies wealth and prosperity. 

    Grey abacas is made from yam and tapioca flour. Purple abacas is made from japanese purple sweet potato and tapioca flour. Orange abacas is made from pumpkin and tapioca flour. All natural. No colourings. The texture is soft on the outside and chewy on the inside. Its fried with Dried Shrimp, Mushroom, Scallops and Squid. Super flavorful and traditional.
