Teochew Gu Cai Kueh 潮州韭菜粿
A favourite kueh for alot of Teochews! This kueh is handmade and filled with lots of chives. Best way to eat it is to pan fried with some oil and drizzle on lots of sweet sauce and chilli. Yumz! Perfect for breakfast or teabreak!
Do note that because chives is a vegetables, we don't recommend keeping it for more than 5 days. The chives will start to turn darker in colour from the 2nd day onwards. But not to worry, it only affect the appearances but not the taste.
